About the role
The Receptionist/Administration Assistant will be the first point of contact for customers, retailers, contractors and suppliers at Top Ryde Shopping Centre. This role combines front‑desk duties with comprehensive administrative support for the Centre Management team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage front‑desk operations, handle enquiries, feedback and centre communications in a professional manner.
- Provide administrative support: office supplies, database maintenance, mail coordination, calendar updates and assistance with marketing and tenant documentation.
- Support centre operations and compliance: contractor sign‑ins, incident monitoring, Lost & Found register, mobility unit hires and health & safety procedures.
- Assist with financial administration: raise purchase orders, process invoices, set up vendors, prepare tenant billings and support rent collection.
- Gather and report sales data, maintain records in the Property Management System and aid tenancy‑related reporting.
Required profile
- Administrative background with a strong customer‑service focus.
- Experience in a retail shopping centre environment is highly regarded.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proactive problem‑solving and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using a Property Management System.
