About the role

Stone Real Estate Southern Tasmania is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join its growing team in Margate, a coastal town in Tasmania. The role offers hands-on experience in residential real estate, with guidance from the Principal and leading agents in a supportive, high-performing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist lead agents with property campaigns and client management
• Attend open homes and private inspections
• Handle buyer and seller follow-up and database management
• Support marketing initiatives and listing preparation
• Learn negotiation, sales processes and market knowledge

Required profile

• Previous real estate experience is not essential but is highly regarded
• Passion for real estate and a desire to build a long-term career
• Eager to learn, proactive and motivated
• Current driver's licence is essential
