Real Estate Lawyer/Associate (2-5+ years PQE)

About the role

Join a leading national real estate practice working on significant property developments, infrastructure projects and transactions supporting the energy transition. This role offers ownership of substantial property matters and exposure to major development and investment work across public and private sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on major property development and investment matters, including acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and commercial property transactions.
• Manage property transactions with increasing autonomy and build relationships with institutional investors, developers, government authorities, REITs and renewable energy clients.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Energy & Resources and Environment teams on multidisciplinary matters spanning infrastructure, renewable energy and complex development projects.

Required profile

• 2–5 years post‑qualification experience with broad commercial property experience.
• Strong technical, project management and communication skills, confident in managing matters and engaging directly with clients.
• Collaborative, commercially minded lawyer with attention to detail and high‑quality client service.
