Real Estate Agent - Gungahlin

About the role

Impact Properties Canberra, a residential real estate agency based in Gungahlin, is hiring a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent. The agent manages a portfolio of residential properties from listing to settlement, working closely with the local community and collaborating with conveyancers and mortgage brokers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect for new listings and conduct property appraisals
• Prepare marketing materials and host open homes and private inspections
• Guide clients through negotiations and contract processes
• Provide ongoing customer service, respond to inquiries and maintain accurate documentation
• Stay informed about local market trends and follow legislation and agency policies

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License and sound knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations
• Experience in listing, marketing, negotiating and closing sales
• Strong sales skills with a track record in lead generation, converting prospects and hitting targets
• Excellent customer service, clear communication and client relationship management
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple properties and deadlines, and work weekends and evenings as required
• Knowledge of the Gungahlin/Canberra market is an advantage
