Sourcing Manager - Facilities Management

About the role

JLL is hiring a Sourcing Manager for its Sourcing & Procurement team, reporting to the Sourcing Lead. The role delivers strategic sourcing programs across Facilities Management (FM) services for commercial and retail tenant clients, covering hard services (MEP, HVAC, building fabric), soft services (cleaning, security, waste management) and specialised services (catering, landscaping, pest control). It is an execution-focused position requiring strong FM services knowledge, stakeholder management and the ability to run several complex sourcing projects at once.

Key responsibilities

• Run sourcing strategies and procurement programs across FM categories, including RFx development, vendor engagement, evaluation, negotiation and contract award
• Develop RFx documentation (RFI, RFP, RFQ) with technical specs, pricing schedules and evaluation criteria
• Lead vendor evaluation, including reference checks and financial analysis, and negotiate contract terms and pricing
• Analyse the supply market, identify cost savings and value improvement opportunities, and manage supplier performance and contract compliance
• Engage account teams, operations and clients, act as a trusted advisor, present sourcing outcomes and business cases, and handle escalations
• Prepare procurement reports, conduct spend analysis and cost benchmarking, and ensure compliance with JLL and client procurement policies
• Identify supply chain risks, develop mitigation strategies and consider continuity planning
• Share knowledge, contribute to sourcing methodologies and tools, and coach junior team members

Required profile

• Business or commerce degree or equivalent tertiary qualification
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing and negotiation
• 2-3 years in an FM services procurement or IFM sourcing role
• Track record of end-to-end sourcing across multiple categories, RFx development, evaluations and contract negotiation
• Experience working with multiple clients or accounts and stakeholder engagement
• Professional procurement certification such as CIPS, CPSM or equivalent
• Experience in procurement risk management and exposure to bid and tender processes
