React Native Engineer

About the role

Superhero is seeking a passionate React Native Engineer to help shape the mobile experience for over 450,000 investors. You will work on a user‑friendly interface that drives member engagement and supports the company’s mission of making investing accessible.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React Native applications for iOS and Android.
• Implement new features and enhancements with a focus on performance and usability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high‑quality releases.
• Write automated tests using Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox or Maestro.
• Contribute to the company’s design system and ensure consistency across the app.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Enthusiasm for mobile development and a willingness to explore new ideas.
• Interest in the financial or investing sector is a plus, but not mandatory.

Required skills

• React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript
• State management tools such as Redux, Zustand, React Context
• Data fetching with React Query
• Automated testing: Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox, Maestro
• Exposure to native mobile development (iOS/Android) and languages like C++, Java, Kotlin, Objective‑C, Swift
• Experience with design systems
• Version control and collaboration tools: Git, JIRA, Bitbucket/GitHub/GitLab
