Radiologist Services Coordinator

About the role

Imaging Queensland, part of Integral Diagnostics (IDX), is looking for a Radiologist Services Coordinator for its Sunshine Coast office in Buderim. Reporting to the General Manager, the role supports radiologists and the wider team through organisation, scheduling and administration. It is a full-time permanent position with flexible and hybrid work options.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with radiologists and the broader team
• Organise and schedule rosters, workflows, sign-offs, exam assignments, leave and uniforms
• Onboard new radiologists, including accreditation, Medicare compliance and systems training
• Prepare radiologist timesheets and payroll for processing
• Organise meetings, collate agenda items, arrange venues and catering, and prepare minutes
• Oversee travel arrangements such as flights, accommodation and car hire

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in a complex administration, executive assistant or coordinator role
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Passion for building stakeholder relationships and professionalism with confidential matters
• Planning and organisational skills, able to meet multiple deadlines and manage competing priorities
• Problem-solving approach; exposure to medical, health or radiology is beneficial but not essential

Required skills

• Strong experience with the MS Office suite
