Quality Systems Coordinator

About the role

Join PepsiCo’s Quaker Oats site in Forrestfield as a Quality Systems Coordinator. You will support the Quality Manager in maintaining Food Safety & Quality Management Systems (FSQMS) to ensure continuous compliance across the manufacturing operation.

Key responsibilities

• Review and monitor Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programmes, conduct gap analyses, verify Pest Control Officer reports and produce trend analysis reports.
• Maintain and update all documentation related to the FSQMS.
• Support the Quality Manager, collaborate with production teams and lead HACCP team activities.
• Coordinate, develop and deliver food‑safety training across the site.
• Plan and conduct quality audits for GMP, AIBI, FSSC and other FSQ programmes, reporting findings promptly.
• Assist with customer complaint investigations and reporting.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Food Science and Technology or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum three years’ experience in food manufacturing or a similar environment.
• HACCP certification.
• Internal Auditor qualification (desirable).
• Willingness to complete Authorised Officer Training within 12 months of start.

• Integrated Pest Management (IPM) knowledge.

• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance.
• AIB International (AIBI) standards.
• Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) procedures.
