Quality Manager

About the role

Arcadis is seeking a Quality Manager to lead day‑to‑day quality management system (QMS) activities for the country. The role will ensure compliance with Arcadis global QMS governance, ISO standards and local regulations, while driving continuous improvement across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation, administration and monitoring of global QMS governance and tools in the country, enforcing requirements and recording exceptions.
• Ensure all personnel receive required training on quality procedures and maintain the in‑country QMS documentation and ISO certification.
• Manage non‑conformance and corrective‑action processes, support internal and external audits, and report quality KPIs and lessons learned.
• Verify compliance with governmental, legal and statutory quality requirements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, management, quality or business and 5‑7+ years of progressive quality management experience in a multinational engineering or professional services firm.
• Relevant certifications such as ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, Certified Quality Auditor (ISO), or Certified Project Manager, and training in change management, process improvement and Lean.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, quality assurance and control programs, and experience with quality process auditing.
