Quality Lead – Senior Leadership in Pharma & Complementary Medicine

About the role

This senior leadership position reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for shaping the quality strategy across pharmaceutical, complementary medicine, nutraceutical and food manufacturing. The role combines regulatory oversight with the opportunity to drive operational excellence and influence strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Quality team, fostering capability, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Own Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance with TGA, GMP, food‑safety and related regulatory requirements.
• Lead regulatory inspections, audits, investigations and risk‑management initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership to influence strategic and operational decisions, supporting new product development and manufacturing expansion.

Required profile

• Significant quality leadership experience in pharmaceutical, complementary medicine or similarly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong working knowledge of TGA regulations, PIC/S GMP and pharmaceutical quality systems.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex operational settings.
• Strategic mindset with a focus beyond compliance to broader business performance.
