Quality Lead – Remediation and Change

About the role

Anglicare Sydney is looking for a Quality Lead – Remediation and Change to join its Quality and Compliance team. Reporting to the Head of Quality and Risk, you will lead remediation, quality improvement and change initiatives that improve compliance, strengthen governance and enhance resident and client outcomes across Seniors Communities. The role partners with operational, clinical and corporate leaders to turn quality risks and compliance requirements into practical, sustainable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead remediation programs arising from audits, incidents, complaints, accreditation findings and regulatory reviews
• Partner with leaders to identify root causes, develop corrective action plans and embed operational improvements
• Lead and support strategic change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, implementation planning and operational readiness
• Support compliance with aged care legislation, standards and regulatory requirements
• Analyse quality, risk, incident and complaint data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Coach operational leaders and run workshops on quality, compliance and continuous improvement

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Quality Management, Risk Management or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, compliance, governance or risk management in aged care, retirement living, health or a similar regulated sector
• Experience conducting audits and supporting accreditation processes
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, legislation and regulatory standards
• Excellent communication, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred

• Experience leading remediation, transformation or operational improvement programs
• Project management and change management skills
• Experience analysing quality and risk data to find systemic issues
• Experience coaching leaders and running quality improvement workshops
