Quality Lead

About the role

Hatch is seeking an experienced Quality Lead to drive quality assurance and control across operations, engineering and project delivery in the Australia‑Asia region. This hands‑on role will ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards and client requirements while fostering continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project‑specific Quality Management Plans and audit programmes.
• Lead ISO 9001 certification activities and internal/external audits for the AUA region.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on quality standards to project teams.
• Liaise with clients, third‑party inspectors and internal stakeholders to resolve quality and completion issues.
• Strengthen existing QA/QC processes, reporting and documentation across the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management within construction, mining, engineering or consulting environments.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and audit processes.
• Ability to influence multidisciplinary teams and drive continuous improvement.
