Quality Coordinator – Mascot, NSW

About the role

KONE is looking for a motivated Quality Coordinator to join its Mascot, NSW team. You will help maintain and improve the company’s quality standards, supporting the Quality and Environment Business Partner in delivering KONE’s quality strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise quality performance improvements based on data analysis.
• Apply continuous‑improvement methods to investigate non‑conformances, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Create, manage and analyse datasets from multiple platforms to spot trends and insights.
• Support the Quality Manager with target setting and reporting.
• Conduct product inspections, testing, sampling and validation to ensure compliance.
• Maintain and update quality records according to established procedures.
• Assist in internal and external audits and coordinate preventive and corrective actions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a quality‑focused role.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand product documentation.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma and other continuous‑improvement practices.
