Quality Assistant Manager – Wellbeing Collective

About the role

The Wellbeing Collective group at Unilever is looking for a Quality Assistant Manager to define and deliver quality governance across its health and wellness brands. You will ensure compliance, drive digital transformation and embed a culture of quality that supports innovation and growth in all markets where the brands compete.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and maintain quality frameworks for the Wellbeing Collective portfolio.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and superior consumer experience across all markets.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives related to quality management.
• Embed a culture of quality throughout the organisation.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to enable product innovation and business expansion.
• Act as an active contributor to quality activities and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Passion for setting world‑class quality standards in a fast‑growing consumer‑health business.
• Experience in quality assurance or quality management within a regulated environment.
• Ability to think strategically while being hands‑on and collaborative.
• Strong communication skills and capability to work with global teams.
