Quality Advisor - National Operations

About the role

Sulzer is looking for a Quality Advisor to lead Quality, Business Improvement and Operational Excellence across its national operations in Australia. Working directly with senior leaders, the role shapes how the business operates, improves and succeeds, driving transformational initiatives that raise quality, compliance, efficiency, customer outcomes and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Sulzer Australia's Quality and Operational Excellence agenda.
• Drive measurable improvements in performance, efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Strengthen governance, compliance and management systems across a national workshop network.
• Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and operational discipline.
• Help build capability, influence leaders and deliver sustainable organisational change.

Required profile

• A proven advisor able to influence at all levels and turn strategy into results.
• Experience coordinating quality, continuous improvement or operational excellence programs.
• Track record of delivering business transformation and performance improvement.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, industrial services or related sectors.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of management systems, auditing and compliance frameworks.
