Qualified Glazier / Glass Installer

About the role

O'Brien, part of Belron, is hiring a qualified glazier with strong re-glazing experience to join its team in Dandenong, Victoria. The role covers residential and commercial glazing projects in a team-based environment with a strong safety culture and balanced workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Measure, cut, install and replace glass
• Re-glazing and on-site joinery work (new and replacement)
• Install shower screens, security screens and glazing systems
• Use correct lifting techniques and equipment
• Work in teams on larger installs for a safe, efficient workflow
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service

Required profile

• Cert III in Glass & Glazing (or equivalent)
• Proven re-glazing experience
• Strong commitment to safe work practices
• Reliable, professional and detail-focused
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and confidently within a team

Required skills

• Knowledge of AS1288
• Experience with aluminium glazing and screen systems
