Property Manager & Leasing Manager

About the role

Barry Plant Taylors Lakes is looking for a motivated and organised Property Manager to manage a well-structured portfolio of about 170 properties. You will be the main point of contact for both renters and rental providers, delivering a high level of service while managing the portfolio. The role is supported by an offshore support team, an experienced Rental Director and established processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with renters and rental providers through regular communication
• Manage rental arrears proactively
• Carry out routine and final inspections with detailed reporting
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance efficiently
• Prepare and lodge tribunal applications when required
• Ensure compliance and smooth day-to-day portfolio management

Required profile

• Current Agent's Representative Certificate (essential)
• Reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
• Proactive, solutions-focused attitude and pride in customer service
