Project Planner

About the role

Join Hitachi Energy as a Project Planner and become the trusted scheduling expert for major substation and grid projects across their lifecycle. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyse integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress, identify critical‑path risks and provide forecast and performance reporting.
• Support resource planning, resolve demand‑vs‑capacity conflicts and lead impact analysis for changes or delays.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, procurement and project management teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in project planning, engineering or scheduling on substation, transmission or infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities to turn complex data into actionable insights.
