Chiller Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician with hands‑on chiller experience to join our commercial HVAC services team in Sydney. This permanent position offers the chance to work on complex cooling systems, develop specialist knowledge, and progress your technical career.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial chiller systems.
• Perform fault finding, diagnostics and troubleshooting across HVAC and cooling equipment.
• Attend service and breakdown work at commercial and industrial sites.
• Work alongside senior technicians to expand chiller expertise.
• Complete service reports and ensure work is performed safely and to high standards.

Required profile

• Trade‑qualified HVAC&R technician with commercial HVAC service experience.
• Hands‑on exposure to chillers through servicing, maintenance, breakdowns or repairs.
• Strong mechanical and refrigeration fault‑finding abilities.
• Ability to work independently on general HVAC tasks while developing specialist chiller knowledge.
• Professional, reliable and takes pride in quality workmanship.
