Project Manager – Remote Construction Projects

About the role

HTS Constructions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction projects in remote and regional locations across Australia. Based in our Perth office, you will own the full project lifecycle—from planning and mobilisation to execution and demobilisation—while coordinating both office and on‑site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create and present detailed project plans, schedules and budgets to stakeholders.
• Develop construction methodologies and work packs in collaboration with engineers and site teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across site and office to achieve project objectives.
• Plan resources, rosters, costings and schedules to meet program milestones.
• Oversee logistics for mobilisation, execution and demobilisation of remote projects.
• Contribute to people development through onboarding, performance reviews and succession planning.

Required profile

• 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in remote/regional infrastructure, civil works, resources or defence sectors.
• Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Full working rights in Australia and a valid C class driver’s licence.
• Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card).

Required skills

• PMP, PRINCE2 or Cert IV in Project Management certification.
• Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and ISO standards.
• Experience with modular building or commercial construction methodologies.
