Project Manager – Queensland Public Sector

About the role

The Crime and Corruption Commission is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver projects that support its mission of combating major crime and corruption in Queensland. You will apply recognised project management methodologies, work with diverse stakeholders and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead end‑to‑end project delivery, applying appropriate project management techniques and tools.
• Design evaluation frameworks, gather and analyse data, and produce comprehensive reports.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, building strategic relationships with internal and external partners.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to executives, business stakeholders, project teams and technical staff.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective teamwork and knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Proven experience in actively managing and leading project delivery within a project management environment.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem‑solving abilities.
• High‑level facilitation and engagement skills with a track record of developing effective stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and think critically to achieve customer‑focused outcomes.
