Project Manager, Mining

About the role

Enerven is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑voltage electrical projects for the mining sector across South Australia and potentially interstate. You will own projects from inception through to completion, coordinating construction teams, managing stakeholders and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of HV electrical infrastructure such as substations, transformers and powerline works on mine sites.
• Coordinate on‑site construction teams, ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, including clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Identify new business opportunities, build client relationships and contribute to winning new contracts.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering HV electrical construction projects within the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Australian mining sector and an established client network.
• Commercial mindset with negotiation and stakeholder‑management expertise.
• Leadership presence on site and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
