Project Manager

About the role

Infosys Consulting is expanding its Perth team in the Services, Utilities, Resources and Energy (SURE) sector and seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives within a large‑scale enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects from initiation through completion, including plans, schedules, budgets and roadmaps.
• Monitor risks, dependencies and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and leading governance activities such as status reporting and steering committee updates.
• Coordinate business, technical, vendor and consulting teams, supporting Agile and SAFe delivery practices including sprint and PI planning.
• Engage senior stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor, and drive change communication, training and adoption across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering IT and digital transformation projects, preferably in consulting.
• Strong project governance, planning, reporting and risk management expertise in complex enterprise settings.
• Background in Oil & Gas, Energy, Resources or Mining sectors is preferred.
• Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and changing priorities, with experience working with onshore/offshore delivery teams.
