Project Manager – Technology Transformation

About the role

Infosys Consulting is expanding its Perth team within the SURE (Services, Utilities, Resources and Energy) sector. The Project Manager will lead complex technology initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams and business leaders to drive operational excellence and transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects from initiation through to completion, including planning, budgeting and road‑mapping.
• Monitor risks, dependencies and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and providing governance updates to steering committees.
• Coordinate business, technical, vendor and consulting teams, supporting Agile and SAFe delivery practices such as sprint and PI planning.
• Engage senior leaders as a trusted advisor, build alignment across cross‑functional stakeholders and coach on change leadership.
• Create communication artefacts, partner with learning teams for training, and track adoption metrics to ensure sustainable change.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering IT and digital transformation projects in large enterprise environments.
• Strong project governance, planning, reporting and risk management expertise.
• Background in Energy, Resources, Utilities or related sectors is preferred.
• Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and shifting priorities.
