Project Manager

About the role

Char Cosmetics, an Asian‑Australian beauty brand expanding globally, is looking for a remote Project Manager based in the United States. You will lead cross‑functional initiatives across marketing, eCommerce, retail, creative, and operations, ensuring projects move smoothly from planning to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial planning through execution, delivery, and handover.
• Build and manage timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, agencies, vendors, and external partners across multiple time zones.
• Track deliverables, identify delays or risks early, and maintain clear communication.
• Translate broad goals into organized, actionable project plans and maintain documentation, status updates, and meeting notes.
• Support simultaneous initiatives such as product launches, retail roll‑outs, eCommerce campaigns, and operational improvements.
• Help improve internal workflows and project‑management systems as the company scales.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects from start to finish in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle competing priorities.
• Clear, professional communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to anticipate roadblocks and mitigate them before they affect delivery.
• Comfortable working independently while keeping the team aligned.
• Experience in beauty, consumer products, retail, eCommerce, marketing, creative production, or agency settings is a strong plus.
