Project Manager – Healthcare Informatics

About the role

Fujifilm Australia is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead the integration of its Informatics products into healthcare facilities, primarily within radiology and cardiology departments. You will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely, quality delivery and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of medical product projects, coordinating resources and conducting site audits.
• Provide administrative support such as meeting coordination, progress reporting and business case development.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering technical guidance and product information.
• Identify customer needs, assist with technical solutions and support quotations, tenders and proposals.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and delivery on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale software projects (ideally > $2M) in healthcare or technical industries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Highly detail‑oriented and proactive in managing resources and timelines.
