Project Manager – ETS

About the role

AECOM is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of highways and road infrastructure projects on the Main Roads WA Engineering and Technical Services (ETS) panel. You will manage scope, budget, schedule, safety, quality and stakeholder engagement across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage highways and transport infrastructure projects in line with scope, programme and contract requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, overseeing financial performance, safety and quality outcomes.
• Control project budgets, forecasts, contracts, claims and variations.
• Ensure compliance with governance, contract and project control requirements.
• Build strong relationships with Main Roads WA, clients and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Approximately 15+ years of project management experience in highways, roads or major transport infrastructure in Western Australia.
• Strong understanding of Main Roads WA standards, frameworks and ETS delivery environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex infrastructure projects through planning, design and delivery phases.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
