Project Manager – Duck Creek

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major Duck Creek platform modernization for a leading financial services client in Sydney. The role involves overseeing end‑to‑end delivery, governance and stakeholder engagement across a 12‑month engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full delivery lifecycle of a Duck Creek upgrade, from design through deployment.
• Manage project governance, steering committees and executive stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate business, technology, vendor and consulting teams to ensure alignment.
• Oversee budgeting, risk, dependency tracking and delivery reporting.
• Drive collaboration with Architecture, Product, Operations and Technology groups.
• Support change management, business readiness and adoption activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale Duck Creek programmes in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong governance, stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead end‑to‑end technology delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication with both business and technical audiences.
• Solid financial, risk and reporting skills.
