Project Manager – Design & Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager with a design or architecture background to lead multiple capital works projects from concept through to completion. This role blends design leadership with full‑cycle project delivery, supporting community, civic and cultural infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies, design development and procurement for capital projects.
• Oversee contract administration, construction delivery and project handover.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and government agencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high‑quality standards.

Required profile

• Architect, Senior Architect, Design Manager or Project Manager with strong design‑management experience.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end delivery of infrastructure projects.
