Project Administrator

About the role

This is an exceptional opportunity within Holcim, the world’s leading sustainable building materials company, to support project teams on site in Swanbank, Queensland. You will provide administration and contract support, ensuring accurate documentation, reporting and coordination of precast concrete deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administration and contract support to the project team, including handling site instructions, change orders and traffic management plans.
• Coordinate manufacture and delivery schedules of precast concrete products to civil infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and submit payment claims, monthly and other statutory reports, and maintain project documentation.
• Respond to client correspondence, administer contract documentation and ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental legislation.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification (or working towards one) and experience in a similar role within construction or a related industry.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace (Google suite).
