About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead design‑and‑construct (D&C) commercial projects from early design through to delivery, building genuine relationships with long‑standing repeat clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead D&C projects from early design through to delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients.
- Work closely with clients throughout the D&C process, contributing during pre‑construction and design, then taking ownership of delivery.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a D&C environment.
- Desire for greater involvement with clients, design decisions, and the full project lifecycle.
- Currently employed with a larger builder or seeking a role with more influence over project outcomes.
