Project Manager (Delivery) - Construction

About the role

A globally recognised, award-winning data centre developer, owner and operator with a rapidly expanding presence across the APAC region is looking for an experienced Project Manager (Delivery) based in Sydney. The role takes ownership of construction projects across the Sydney market, from inception to practical completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously across all phases of delivery
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets and resource allocation
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams, subcontractors and specialist consultants so specifications are met
• Monitor progress, identify risks early and implement corrective actions where needed
• Carry out regular site visits to check status, quality and compliance with safety regulations
• Prepare and present project reports for senior management and stakeholders
• Develop and manage risk registers and mitigation strategies
• Act as the central point of communication across stakeholders to keep projects aligned and resolve issues efficiently

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of project management experience in the building and construction industry
• Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time and within budget
• Strong working knowledge of construction processes, methodologies and regulatory requirements
• Confident leadership and stakeholder management skills, with clear communication at all levels
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high delivery standards
