About the role
A growing Sydney-based construction company, which specialises in commercial strip-outs and detailed demolitions, is looking for a Leading Hand to lead its on-site construction team following a period of rapid growth. The office is in Brookvale and the work is mainly interior strip-outs and detailed demolition.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise 5-10 labourers
- Coordinate the different construction sites in a methodical way
- Be hands-on and set the pace on site
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Valid driver's licence
- Current white card
- High level of physical fitness
What we offer
- Pay of $38-$44 per hour plus superannuation and overtime, based on experience
