Project Manager – Data & Technology Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of data and technology projects within a complex enterprise environment, overseeing initiatives from initiation through to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project activities, resources and budgets to achieve delivery outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, plans and required documentation.
• Manage project governance, assurance, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, business areas, project boards, technical teams and suppliers.
• Develop communication, organisational change management and benefits realisation plans where required.
• Provide direction and support to project teams and manage resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress and provide timely, accurate reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure project administration and delivery activities comply with organisational policies and procedures.

Required profile

• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise data platform, data management, data integration or data analytics projects.
• Experience delivering multiple application or COTS projects in a complex Agile environment.
• Awareness of data and warehousing platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake or Databricks.
• Experience across both public and private sector environments is desirable.
