Project Manager – Commercial Joinery & Shopfitting

About the role

We are an established commercial joinery and shopfitting business seeking an experienced Project Manager to own and deliver high‑quality projects across Queensland and interstate. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, production teams and installation crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial joinery and shopfitting projects from award through to completion.
• Coordinate production, deliveries, site installations and schedule trades/sub‑contractors.
• Maintain budgets, variations and project programmes while ensuring WHS and quality compliance.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve issues early and build strong relationships with builders, clients and consultants.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing commercial joinery or shopfitting projects independently.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and commercial awareness.
• Current Driver’s Licence, White Card and ability to read construction and joinery drawings.

Required skills

• Reading and interpreting construction and joinery drawings.
