Project Manager – Commercial Construction & Fitout

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction and high‑end fit‑out projects valued between $5M and $15M. You will work directly with senior leadership, overseeing projects from concept through to completion while upholding the company’s reputation for craftsmanship and client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fit‑out and new‑build projects from pre‑construction through handover.
• Lead client, consultant and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Control project budgets, programmes, procurement and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely, safe delivery.
• Monitor risk, quality, compliance and safety outcomes.
• Drive performance improvements and contribute to business growth.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in commercial construction, preferably in fit‑out, refurbishment, hospitality, retail or new‑build sectors.
• Qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple project priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with a passion for quality outcomes.
