Project Manager – Aged Care

About the role

Eldercare, a leading provider of aged care and retirement living in South Australia, is looking for a Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of projects supporting its model of care across residential aged care facilities and retirement living sites. The role sits within the Portfolio Management Office and works with General Managers, Functional Leads, Site Operations Managers and external consultants. It covers strategic initiatives, clinical projects and hands-on project management, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, from concept, planning and resourcing through to execution, monitoring and close-out, on time, on budget and to high quality standards.
• Collaborate with General Managers, Functional Leads, Site Operations Managers and external consultants.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by refining project systems, processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Sound knowledge of contemporary project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMBOK and Agile.
• Experience working within a structured PMO framework.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritise and meet agreed deadlines.
• Ability to critically analyse design proposals and improve project delivery methods.
• Current driver's licence; acceptable national police clearance and compliance with Eldercare's vaccination requirements.

Required skills

• High-level proficiency in Excel, scheduling tools, Word and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.

What we offer

• Pay of $130,000 - $140,000 commensurate with experience, plus a 5,000 km travel allowance and superannuation.
