Project Engineer – Water Treatment & Remediation

About the role

We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead water treatment and environmental remediation projects across Australia. You will manage projects from concept through commissioning, working closely with clients, contractors and site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets and documentation.
• Coordinate design, procurement, fabrication and on‑site works.
• Support installation and commissioning activities with site teams.
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors from tender to handover.
• Ensure HSE and quality standards are met on all projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, Environmental or Civil Engineering (or similar).
• Project engineering experience in water treatment, remediation or water infrastructure.
• Understanding of project delivery elements: scope, schedule, cost, procurement and site coordination.
• Strong communication skills with clients, contractors and site teams.
• Current driver’s licence and ability to travel to project sites.
