Project Engineer – Rail Infrastructure (Brisbane)

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking experienced civil and structural engineers to join the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGC) project in Brisbane. The role involves supporting the delivery of a major rail upgrade that will double track capacity and modernise stations along a 20‑km corridor.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Deliver construction works in line with project specifications, standards and technical requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and on‑site construction activities.
• Support design reviews, technical assessments and provide constructability input.
• Prepare progress reports, project documentation and engineering records.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement and technical excellence within the discipline.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil, Structural or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage safety, compliance and project standards.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a commitment to sustainable engineering delivery.
