Project Director – Strategic Leadership Role

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and results‑oriented Project Director to lead complex projects and organizational initiatives. The role will set project direction, align objectives with business goals, and ensure successful delivery through strong governance, planning, and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for projects and programs across the organization.
• Define project objectives, priorities, governance structures, and success metrics.
• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage project portfolios and coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Establish communication channels and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Identify risks, challenges, and dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
• Monitor performance, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Support executive leadership with reporting, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and promote a culture of accountability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Management, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Knowledge of project governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Professional project management certification is an advantage.
