Project Coordinator

About the role

Toyota Finance Australia is looking for a Project Coordinator who provides coordination, governance, financial management and administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of business and technology initiatives. The role works closely with Domain Owners, Project Leaders and key stakeholders to maintain operational excellence and delivery effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domain financial management, reporting and governance activities
• Manage project documentation, reporting, meetings and stakeholder communications
• Maintain RAIDD registers and ensure compliance with governance frameworks
• Support resource planning, onboarding and delivery tracking
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote effective ways of working

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO, Domain Coordinator or similar role
• Degree in Business, Finance, Project Management or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong financial administration, budgeting and reporting capabilities
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills

Required skills

• Understanding of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, PMI, PMBOK or PRINCE2
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Project or similar platforms
