Project Coordinator

About the role

Superloop is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of Smart Communities projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager from contract award through to operational handover, ensuring smooth planning, deployment, and transition of high‑speed fibre optic and Wi‑Fi networks.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation, registers, schedules, reports, meeting minutes, and action logs.
• Ensure version‑controlled storage of all project files and easy stakeholder access.
• Assist in creating and distributing project plans, briefs, and status reports.
• Support development and upkeep of project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions, preparing agendas and follow‑up notes.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, suppliers, vendors, and clients.
• Escalate issues, risks, or delays to the Project Manager as needed.
• Gather, track, and validate project data for reporting purposes.
