Project Administrator

About the role

The Project Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to the site‑based project team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day running of activities on the Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant project. This role enables engineers, supervisors and project managers to focus on safe and productive construction work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars independently, identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate executive travel, including ground transportation, detailed itineraries and last‑minute changes.
• Organise onboarding, personal protective equipment (PPE) and all site‑related activities.
• Prepare confidential correspondence, reports and presentations.
• Plan and coordinate medium‑sized events, track budgets and liaise with suppliers, negotiating with vendors as needed.
• Support documentation control, reporting and office processes to keep the project compliant and aligned with requirements.
