Program Manager (Health/Pharma Agency Team Lead)

About the role

Orchard, a creative and technology agency part of the ASX-listed Enero Group, is looking for a Program Manager (Health) to own delivery across one of its major health client portfolios and lead and develop the project management team. It is a hands-on leadership role combining delivery leadership, health-sector governance, commercial management and people development, in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own clients and programs: estimate, build timelines, run governance and handle real briefs and issues while leading the team.
• Ensure delivery discipline covers regulatory, medical, legal and quality considerations, including review cycles, claims, references, approvals, documentation and launch readiness.
• Keep a clear view of milestones, dependencies and risks, surfacing problems early with options.
• Track budget versus actual, manage scope change and flag margin risk; monitor pipeline and contribute to new business.
• Lead and coach a team of PMs, building an environment where work is owned at the right level.
• Act as the senior delivery contact with Account Direction, translating business objectives into executable programs.
• Use AI tools such as Claude in daily work and help build the agency's AI delivery capability.

Required profile

• 8+ years in advertising agencies as a Project Manager, Producer or hands-on Account Director, with end-to-end campaign delivery experience; healthcare clients or similar regulated industries preferred.
• Multi-program portfolio experience with meaningful commercial responsibility.
• Experience delivering digital health, pharmaceutical, medical or other regulated-sector programs.
• Experience improving approval velocity, delivery predictability or portfolio margin performance.
• Experience developing PMs into confident, autonomous delivery leaders.

Required skills

• Familiarity with MLR review processes, Veeva workflows, claims frameworks or reference-pack standards.
• Solid commercial sense: understanding margin, forecasting and scope change.
• Active user of AI tools with genuine curiosity about their future.
