Program Director - ICT (Workforce Mobility Program)

About the role

M&T Resources is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead the delivery of a major Workforce Mobility Program in Brisbane CBD. The program drives Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation across a large and complex enterprise, modernising workforce mobility and employee lifecycle processes through streamlined workflows, improved workforce management and a single source of truth for employee and HR records. This is a full-time engagement on an initial contract until June 2027, at attractive market rates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the delivery of a large-scale enterprise Workforce Mobility Program.
• Provide strategic leadership across program governance, planning, execution, reporting, risk management and assurance.
• Drive business case development, roadmaps, delivery planning and performance monitoring.
• Deliver outcomes within agreed scope, budget, quality standards and timelines.
• Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders, delivery partners and vendors, and lead procurement and vendor management.
• Oversee program and project teams and promote continuous improvement and best practice delivery methods.
• Ensure compliance with governance, information security, risk management and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large-scale HCM or workforce transformation programs.
• Extensive experience delivering enterprise-wide HR, workforce, payroll or people systems implementations.
• Strong program governance, financial management, risk management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex ICT-enabled business transformation initiatives.
• Experience engaging senior executives, government stakeholders and external vendors, and delivering programs in large organisations.

Required skills

• SAP HCM experience is highly desirable.
