Professional Services Consultant – Clinical

About the role

AlayaCare is seeking a Clinical Professional Services Consultant to lead software implementations for aged and disability care providers across Australia. Reporting to the Director of Residential Operations, you will work closely with customers' clinical teams to configure and optimise the AlayaCare platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops to capture and analyse client business processes and requirements.
• Prepare project documentation, including requirements and solution design.
• Configure the AlayaCare application to support clinical workflows and end‑to‑end residential care processes.
• Deliver training using a train‑the‑trainer model and support data migration activities.
• Manage communications on project progress and address implementation issues, including product gaps.
• Mentor Professional Services Associates and contribute to implementation best practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in residential aged‑care implementation or clinical systems consulting.
• Understanding of aged‑care legislation, functions and challenges.
• Customer‑focused with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑managed, accountable and able to meet SLAs.
• Advanced analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Implementation and configuration of clinical management software (e.g., AlayaCare Residential).
• Data migration and validation.
• Workshop facilitation and training delivery.
