Production Technician

About the role

Join Noumi's Nutritional team to operate and optimise advanced processing equipment across Lactoferrin, membrane and spray‑drying technologies. Reporting to the Shift Lead, you will work in an autonomous, performance‑driven environment focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot plant equipment in all processing areas.
• Continuously optimise performance to meet planned volumes and outputs.
• Conduct in‑line quality checks and analyse data to maintain product specifications.
• Identify trends, investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support root‑cause analysis and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to ensure preventative maintenance and pre‑start checks are completed.
• Assist with equipment commissioning and post‑maintenance start‑ups.
• Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Required profile

• Experience in dairy, food/beverage or similar manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and plant operations.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyse data.
• Proactive, team‑focused and committed to continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts on a 24/7 roster.
