Production Support Analyst

About the role

As a Production Support Analyst at FIS, you will support live software systems for global financial clients, focusing on the Credit Risk Manager, Risk Analytics Manager, and Enterprise Risk Hub applications. You will collaborate with internal teams such as Client Experience and Professional Services to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support FIS Credit Risk Manager, Risk Analytics Manager, and Enterprise Risk Hub applications.
• Install application release updates and lead SRE projects for these applications.
• Own processes and data structures, investigate and resolve issues.
• Perform basic Microsoft Windows and SQL Server administration and general troubleshooting.

Required profile

• 3-4 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles.
• Strong technical proficiency with operating systems, databases, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with a logical, methodical approach to problem‑solving.
• Effective communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and tools.
