About the role
Join Mars Food’s production team in Wyong, working 8‑hour rotating shifts to ensure high‑quality food products are manufactured to Mars standards.
Key responsibilities
- Safely operate all production equipment.
- Maintain product quality and meet Mars standards.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Drive continuous improvements and follow schedules.
- Complete effective shift handovers and smooth changeovers.
- Contribute as part of a shift team to achieve targets.
Required profile
- Manufacturing experience (desirable but not essential).
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Self‑starter who can follow instructions.
Required skills
- Mechanical aptitude (desirable).
