Production Operator – Dairy Manufacturing

About the role

Norco is seeking an experienced Production Operator to join its busy milk‑processing factory in Raleigh. In this full‑time, onsite position you will help move dairy products from farm to fridge while upholding the highest standards of safety and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery in a food‑manufacturing environment.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety procedures.
• Complete order documentation with accurate literacy and numeracy.
• Follow standard operating procedures with minimal supervision.
• Meet production targets and deadlines while working shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Understanding of food manufacturing processes and hygiene requirements.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability.
• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting (highly desirable).
• Strong focus on workplace health and safety.
• Reliability for shift work and ability to work independently.
• Good time‑management and ability to meet set deadlines.
